A
prime focus in the Junior School Learning Centre is the pursuit of excellence
in literacy and numeracy. This is complemented by the provision of sequential
programs in Science, Technology, Visual and Performing Arts, History and Geography,
Health and Physical Education, Music, Drama and L.O.T.E. (Japanese).
The
school's curriculum is constantly reviewed and developed under the guidance
of leadership teams comprising staff, School Council and community members.
Professional Development activities are undertaken by all staff and interested
community members so as to enhance improved teaching and learning practices.
