It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Sussex Heights primary school via our school web site.
Sussex Heights has proudly served the Mount Waverley community for forty years and is a vibrant and caring school with a current enrolment of 180 students.
At Sussex Heights our motto is ‘aim high and achieve success’ which captures our school goals very succinctly. Our aim is to encourage all students to achieve their very best in a supportive and challenging school environment.
Our school vision is one of continued growth and the provision of a learning environment which is pivotal to the local community and meets the needs of our children in the 21st Century. All of our endeavours aim to further extend our links, our profile and the fine reputation our school has in the local community.
Sussex Heights Primary School is located in the southwest corner of the suburb of Mount Waverley between Huntingdale and Ferntree Gully Roads. Adjacent suburbs include Oakleigh, Chadstone and Ashwood. The school is set on expansive, attractive and well maintained grounds. Children who attend the school come from all of these neighbouring suburbs.
